Booking & payment
A deposit is due when booking to make it binding. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Payment in cash up to €1,000 or by bank transfer.
Cancellation terms
Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival, 50% up to 1 month before, and 80% of the total amount from 1 month before. Travel cancellation insurance can be arranged through Roter Hahn.
